Mangar International employees participated in the latest survey for only the second time and the company has already seen a dramatic improvement in its overall year-on-year scoring. The accreditation system reflects how fulfilled, motivated and engaged a company's employees are. Employees are questioned on 8 workplace factors that have been proven to determine an employee's level of engagement: Leadership, My Company, Personal Growth, My Manager, My Team, Giving Something Back, Fair Deal and Wellbeing.
With a Best Companies Index Score of 639.9 Mangar International has out-performed some much bigger companies many of whom are well-known household names such as Black & Decker, ING Direct, Lloyds TSB, and Kimberly-Clark.
Mangar International ranked especially well on three key factors: Leadership, Giving Something Back and Wellbeing. With 40% of staff having more than 5 years' service the Company is obviously providing a congenial workplace.
